I was mostly intrigued by the name of this band. One of those band names that are general and clever enough to think you've heard of them, but in reality they're just releasing their debut album. And I can't decide if the lead vocalist has an interesting or annoying voice depending on the track, and I also don't love the reverb or whatever they seem to do to the sound to make it hard to understand what they are saying, but there is something clever about them I can't quite put my finger on. I like the solemness of today's song mixed with the pounding anxiety chorus that feels like the heart of every teenage girl (or older late 20s girl that will remain nameless and is definitely not probably me). But if you know what I mean, this one's for you.
