So when he came out for his encore and started with this song last night, I may or may not have squealed like a little girl. He writes so many fantastic songs that you forget about some sometimes and then are like holy crap wait this is the greatest song ever written how could I forget? This is that song. And going through one of the most emotional and mentally draining periods crammed into a few months that in hindsight I wonder how something as nonviolent and harmless as school should seem, I learn to appreciate this song even more. Cuz as much as I want this song to encompass everything that I am and want to give to the people I love and the people who need love, i'ts even more amazing when you find those people who are those things for you. That you're too scared or to prideful to ask for but people who are there, who become these friends, and confidants, and soul mates, and lifelines when you're on the verge of losing it for the weirdest of reasons. Rather than their knowledge, or educational wisdom or test taking abilities, if I could take rather the parts of their giving hearts with me on wherever my journey leads next, I know I will be a better care taker from them taking care of me. So far all my many care takers, this one's for you.
